Gavin is responsible for company performance through strategic objectives and partnerships. Ensures adequate operational planning and financial control systems in place as well as monitoring of financial results against plans and budgets. Focusing on growing sales with existing business and exploring new business opportunities nationally. Strengths include upholding the values of the company, identifying new markets & strategic partnerships.

Kyle is responsible for general operations which includes planning, organizing and directing the overall control of all activities within Med Pak with a focus on strategic Procurement, Logistics, Information Technology and optimum utilization of Human Resources to ensure our efficient service levels meets the expectations and requirements of our customers. Strengths include accounting, people management & finance.
